Downsizing isn’t just for seniors. For some reason, it’s still associated with retirees, aging and possibly preparing for the final step. We don’t believe that downsizing is only for the elderly. In fact, downsizing offers great benefits for all ages.

It’s amazing how quickly this year went by. Living in warmer climates, we missed the different seasons and it always felt like June. It’s only now, back at home, that we see frost on the cars and when talking to friends, realise how much actually happened for all in 2019. Have you spend some time to reflect on your year yet?

Learn to say “NO” and when to say “YES”
The end of the year can be a stressful time. Businesses are trying everything to make some extra sales. Employees are working on reaching their annual goals. Students are finishing their last exams. And then, of course, there are the Christmas preparations! Christmas parties with colleagues, friends before they’re heading home for the holidays, sports teams, you name it. It can be tough to say “no” and relax with your loved ones on the couch.
