Being German, organisation and efficiency is part of my DNA. Using this natural talent, I together with Organised Life and Mind and with a UAE trade licence as professional organisers, we are here to share our tips and tricks with you.

Growing up, I could see how family members and friends struggled to find their stuff when they needed it (who doesn’t know the sentence “Where are my keys?”). Still in my teens, I’ve sat down with them, looked at the issue and, together with them, organised their rooms, households, papers and offices.
My love for creating order continued at my first company where they let me run wild and I created the first filing system. At a previous company, we took the meaning of eliminating waste in processes and procedures to a whole new level and as a Lean Champion, I’ve implemented an easy to follow, easy to maintain system. No more searching for hours and still not finding the documents you were looking for. Employees knew where to find files and documents within seconds. It was fantastic!
This approach to being organised was irresistible and I’ve adopted it in my corporate HR career. I’m greatly enjoying coaching executives, managers and employees on time management, paper/electronic documents and increased productivity with fewer resources.
