I want to live a simple life. No politics, no stress, no worries. I don’t need a lot of stuff. All I want is to be happy.
12 Days of Christmas
Christmas is on 14 days away
This year, we’re taking it super easy with Christmas. There won’t be any presents, just a trip for a few days with the loved ones (guess that’s a gift in itself). We won’t have to worry special meals or special entertainment. It will be very relaxed and we’re looking forward to it.
Still, we understand not everyone will have it this relaxed. If you are expecting the in-laws or want to enjoy your beautiful home without the clutter during the holidays, we have the perfect solution for you:
Save your children from clutter
A clutter-free home for your children
Do you every think of the impact clutter has on your children? Do you wish your kids would ever keep their room clean? Yet, you want your kids to be kids?
Saying yes to all 3 questions is just one of the struggles our clients with children face. And because of know of this, we like to share Facebook posts that help them find the right balance for them. Last week, we posted about Dyson’s mini vacuum cleaner and never expected
Don’t wear those painful shoes
Declutter your shoes
Did you know that the average American woman spends USD 20,557 on shoes in a life time? It doesn’t look much better when you convert it into AED 75,506. That’s a lot of money! Just guess how many of these shoes are never worn or maybe just once. I know I’ve been guilty of that! What about you?
My shoe collection has changed over the years and nowadays includes anything from relaxing flip flops, cool sneakers to comfortable flat and super high heels. Yet, what remained the same over the years: There aren’t too many!
Today, we’re helping you to make space in your shoe closet! Let go off those painful shoes!
Do we need Christmas presents for children?
Alternative presents for children
Recently, I followed a lively debate on social media. Should children get Christmas presents or not?
The same question could be asked for anyone. Do we need to give presents on a specific date, just because it’s that day? Like many during that debate, I’d say no. Society almost forces us to give on Christmas Day, birthday days, Diwali, wedding anniversaries, Eid, Valentine’s Day, you name it. Shouldn’t we rather give when we want to?
But let’s stick to the question for children.
Now that NOW is over… continue your decluttering journey
NOW (National Organising Week) may have finished yesterday. Yet, your decluttering journey can still continue. We often get so involved in a decluttering session that we don’t think much about it. Last week, we’ve helped a client let go off paper (lots of paper!) and create more space in their filing cabinets. The joy on their face as we cleared old papers… It was priceless. And we want you too to enjoy happiness, relieve and achievement. So keep going with your decluttering journey!
