Talking to a colleague this afternoon, we both wished we were at home, wrapped up in a blanket with a hot drink, reading a book. The weather is just not inviting us to spend more time outside. So why not make use of these cooler temperatures (yes, 20 C/68 F are cool) and organise your home?

Earlier this week, I got an unusual request from a previous client. They had major water damages in their home and, due to work requirements, were unable to wait for the plumber. “We’ll be there between 9 am and 5 pm. Yes, we understand this is an emergency.” If you’ve ever been in this situation, you can understand my client’s predicament.
