We’re coming to the end of the year and people are starting to look for a new job. “New year, new you!” Last week, I’ve helped a friend with a career question and taken on a new client looking for support for their career transition. How fitting of them to want to have a new job and career by 2017!

Many women and more and more men are having a colour consultation done. Working with a Colour Me Beautiful consultant like me, they’re finding out which colours suit their individuality and bring out the sparkles in their eyes. Do you know which colours are your colours?
It’s a little bit later than my usual blog post. But today, I had a very good reason: I had to store all my groceries and other the other things bought while visiting my family last week. And how much I had to put away! Tons! After all, I flew back with 40 kgs (88 lbs). To my defence, not of it was for me. Some things were presents for upcoming birthdays or requests from friends.
Still, I’ve enough food till Christmas and am making October another “No Spending Month”.

“Think a step ahead!” One of my old colleagues used to say it all the time and she was extremely proud to be at least one step ahead of everyone else. Indeed, thinking ahead can have numerous advantages as colleagues, friends and I have discovered over the years.

This year has been a year of learning, pushing boundaries, leaving my comfort zone and acting according to my priorities. My number one priority is to live with content! You may argue that doesn’t match with what’s my year has been so far. You may be right.
