Declutter to reduce your stress
What’s the connection between clutter and stress?
Does the clutter in your home stress you out? Yes? You’re not alone! The connection between clutter and stress is a hot research topic and the results are shocking. While the famous UCLA study on clutter has been conducted in 2012, not much has changed. If we know that clutter creates anxiety and makes us feel overwhelmed, why aren’t we doing more to control the chaos in our home, office and life?
Does decluttering mean the end of a dream?
An end is a new beginning
We’ve recently helped a lovely lady take a huge step: Going through her baby clothes. Anyone who’s done this knows the smell of baby but also of joy and hopes for their family. For this lady and her wonderful family, it meant the end of a dream.
Our lovely client has three sweet boys aged 14, 10 and 9. As she admits, there are days when football training takes over their life and she wished they could have a quiet week. At the same time, our client and her husband love these three boys so very much. You step into their home and feel love is in the air.
The end of a dream
So why was it so tough for our client to let go
The benefits of (closed) Facebook groups
5 reasons to join a Facebook group
Are you on Facebook? We are and we dare to say it upfront: It’s not always a love affair. The days of spending hours on it, checking what friends living far away are doing, are over. We have less time – wait, we give other activities more time – to just scroll on it. Having said all this, we love the closed Facebook groups and think you might enjoy joining a group, too:

Be prepared for a medical emergency
A medical emergency can hit you quicker than you’d ever expect. We learnt this late last year. “You need to sit down. Mom had to be hospitalised and will need an emergency surgery.” It’s the call I never want to have again! While the events of that day could have spiralled downwards, they luckily didn’t. And I’m very grateful for it!
